Everything about working with Cardinal Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning was 5 stars. I'd give 10 stars if I could. The initial point of contact was very fast, friendly, and professional. The receptionist was so kinda and helpful. Mark came by within 24 hours of my first contact phone call to go through our home and gave us an estimate. Their pricing was competitive, and reasonable.

One of the two services we scheduled was to deep clean and sanitize our tile floors and bedroom carpets. They carpets look brand new and dried quickly. The tile flooring, they realized that they would need to come back to do a restorative clean which was at no extra cost to me because it was not in our initial estimate. They truly do mean it when they say they will do everything they can to make sure we are satisfied with their services. They were able to come back and our tile looks great!

We then had them come back to clean and sanitize all of the air ducts in our home. This was a rather quick job, and our home is pushing air through the vents much more efficiently. We just moved in to this new house of ours, and it is a bit of an upgrade/renovation project. There was definitely a very unpleasant smell in the home which was completely gone once Cardinal was finished.

Every person that came to our home to do work was super professional, friendly, and efficient. We are so glad we chose Cardinal for this job! To top it off, the company went out of their way to have a lovely care package of desserts delivered to our home! They had Bites By Betsy drop some incredible treats off to us. Cardinal Carpet have exceptional customer service and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in my basement. We just moved in and the carpet needed a real refresh. They did an incredibly thorough job, getting workout machine grease stains out of 100% nylon carpet (nylon really holds on to stains!). After they cleaned I realized the areas that I thought were clean even looked so much brighter.
